Medical Director
Kathy Cooper
Kathy is a Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetics, laser therapy, photobiomodulation, anti-aging, and regenerative medicine. She serves as the Medical Director at Seora Radiance.
She graduated summa cum laude from Weber State University with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She later earned a Master of Science in Nursing Education and completed her post-graduate Nurse Practitioner certification.
Kathy’s clinical background includes bone marrow transplant nursing, during which she developed a deep understanding of immune function, stem cell therapy, and the body’s natural healing capacity. She also served as adjunct faculty at Salt Lake Community College, teaching clinical nursing.
Her training spans dermatology, fertility, regenerative orthopedics, functional medicine, and Chinese medicine. Her approach is both holistic and medically grounded, integrating lifestyle, nutrition, movement, and energy-based therapies to support long-term skin health and overall wellness.
Outside of her clinical work, she is a dedicated mother and wife who enjoys time with her family, traveling, reading, and Pilates.
Aesthetic Injector
Cally Archibald, NP
Cally is a Nurse Practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine, with a strong foundation in medical care and facial anatomy. She has performed thousands of aesthetic procedures, consistently achieving outstanding results for her clients. She has a loyal following at Seora, where her clients greatly value her refined, deeply skilled delivery. Since 2021, she has acquired advanced training in injectables, allowing her to deliver safe, precise, and natural-looking results.
With a keen eye for facial balance and symmetry, Cally takes a personalized approach to every treatment, creating customized plans that enhance each patient’s natural features. She is known for her gentle technique, attention to detail, and commitment to patient safety and education, helping clients feel confident and well-informed throughout their aesthetic journey.
Master Aesthetician
Marlee Taylor, LME, LMT
Marlee is a Licensed Master Aesthetician with over five years of experience in medical aesthetics. She developed her career in a medspa-dermatology setting on the Big Island of Hawaii, where she gained experience treating a wide range of skin types and darker tones while building a strong clinical foundation in skin health.
She is currently pursuing her nursing degree to expand into advanced, medically driven treatments. She builds on her strong foundation as a Master Aesthetician, combining clinical knowledge with aesthetic expertise to deliver safe, effective, and results-driven care.
Her approach to skincare is holistic, blending skin health, beauty, and overall wellness to create a well-rounded, results-focused experience. She is known for creating customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique skin goals and for making every client feel heard, understood, and confident throughout their treatment journey.
Marlee is excited to incorporate medical-grade Korean skincare into her treatments at Seora Radiance, blending innovation with effective, long-term skin health and visible results.

Elysiana Aguilar, LME
Elysiana Aguilar is a licensed Master Esthetician with over six years of experience in the medical aesthetics industry. Since earning her master esthetician credentials in 2019, she has built a reputation for delivering exceptional, results-driven skincare treatments rooted in genuine care and attention to detail. What sets Elysiana apart is her deep commitment to creating a safe, welcoming space for every client who sits in her chair, regardless of background, skin type, or skincare experience. She believes that great skin care is for everyone and that everyone deserves to feel seen, comfortable, and cared for throughout their experience.
Prior to joining the Seora Radiance team, Elysiana built a particularly deep expertise in the most advanced laser treatments, caring for over 1,000 clients herself while also supervising a team of laser experts.
By dedicating herself fully to facial treatments and skin health, Elysiana brings a level of expertise and presence to each session that her clients feel from the moment they walk in. She’s proud to be part of a team that’s bringing fresh, elevated, true K-beauty to the Utah market. She truly believes that clients deserve options that go beyond the ordinary, and Seora Radiance is where that is possible.

Mariana Garayp, LME
Mariana is a Licensed Master Esthetician with over 10 years of experience in the beauty industry and a genuine love for helping people feel confident in their skin.
Mariana’s journey began in Brazil, where early experience in aesthetics shaped her commitment to delivering personalized, thoughtful care. She later earned a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, deepening her understanding of the internal factors that influence skin health. To Mariana, meaningful results come from treating the whole person—not just what’s on the surface.
After relocating to the United States, Mariana continued investing in her craft, graduating with Honors from Skinworks School of Esthetics as a Licensed Master Esthetician. More recently, she has expanded her expertise in K-beauty, drawn to its gentle, skin-first philosophy and its ability to deliver lasting, natural results.
At Seora Radiance, Mariana brings together her clinical knowledge, global perspective, and personalized approach to care. She is dedicated to creating a results-driven yet supportive experience, ensuring each client feels confident, cared for, and aligned with their long-term skin goals.
Aesthetic Nurse
Maya He, BSN, RN
Maya brings a strong clinical background to Seora as a registered nurse, having earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She has a genuine passion for aesthetics, dermatology, and cosmetic injectables, and loves being part of an environment that helps people feel more confident in their skin.
What drives Maya is seeing the impact that aesthetic treatments can have, not just physically, but in how someone carries themselves and feels day to day. She enjoys the science behind this field and has a strong interest in Korean beauty and the advanced skincare innovations that come from it.
Maya was drawn to Seora because of its focus on high-quality care, education, and creating a positive patient experience. She’s passionate about being part of a team that truly cares about clients and takes the time to make them feel comfortable, heard, and confident in their treatment journey.
Outside of work, Maya loves to cook and spend time outdoors, whether that’s exploring new places or enjoying fresh air with friends and family.
